The ArtSpring Silent Auction is held ONLINE and is exhibited at the Timberline Lodge on the 3rd floor during ARToberFEST.

A PREVIEW of Auction items is available ONLINE starting September 1st on the ArtSpring website.

EXHIBITION

  • Auction items are displayed at the Silent Auction EXHIBITION at the Timberline Lodge during ARTober FEST:

    • Friday night, 6 - 8 PM, October 4th, and

    • Saturday, NOON - 8 PM, October 5th.

BIDDING

  • Silent Auction BIDDING starts ONLINE at noon, September 15th. All bidding is done online.

  • Bidding continues online 24/7 from SEPT 15th through October 4th.

  • Silent Auction bidding ENDS at 8:00 PM, October 4th.

DONATION OPTIONS

  • Artists can elect to donate 100% or 50% of the sale (highest bid) of their item.

    • For 100% donations, ArtSpring retains the entire sale amount; artist donates all proceeds.

    • For 50/50 share donations, artists receive 50% of the Retail Price or FMV (Determined by the Artist) of their item; ArtSpring retains 50%.

    • Unsold (unbid) items can be returned to the Artist or can be donated for subsequent sale at the ArtSpring Shop.

  • The Sale amount of all auction items is determined by the highest bid (or winning bid) for that item when bidding ends at 8 PM, Saturday, OCT, 5th.

  • ArtSpring will establish the starting bid for each donated item. Artists may suggest a starting bid for their item, however ArtSpring will make the final determinations for starting bids in order to affect bidding strategies.
